We want to say Thank You to Officer Joe Kane for stopping last week & taking the time to talk to my kiddos, explain all his cool gear, & best of all - show off his car to two very excited kids! What a great example of a true community Officer. Thank you, Officer Joe! A thoughtful Boise resident took the time to send these kind words and cute photos into the department this week. Officer Kane was on patrol when the family saw him driving by and waved. Officer Kane was not en route to a call at the time so he stopped to say hello to the kids and let them take a look inside his patrol car. According to mom, the kids loved it! As the family thanked our officer, we send out appreciation to the residents of Boise who make Idahos Capital City such a great place to live and work. Have a great day!
