We want to see an army of God’s workers who are focused on the Youth of the city. We will encourage, equip and empower Christian Youth Workers with the goal of discipling youth to be Christian leaders, spouses, parents and community activists to change the world they live in. This session will focus on discovering your personality (behavior) style along with ways to leverage personal strengths and to compensate for personal blind spots. The DiSC assessment tool (No charge to attendees) will be used to provide each participant personalized feedback to lay a foundation for building strong interpersonal relationships. We will also explore ways to achieve your highest priorities – both personal and ministerial – using time management principles that include, examining your priorities, conquering procrastination, handling interruptions, and staying motivated.
