We want to thank Iain and Barra out searching today from K9 Search & Recovery Scotland on public land not private. I have tried to contact the police to see where we stand on this. we need the police to contact us as my efforts yet again to get them to contact me have failed, Fife police contact me you have my numbers. We need to let the police know what we are doing regarding searches. We also need permission from Fife council and other land owners to conduct searches on there land. Iain and K9 Search & Recovery Scotland work on a charity basis police Scotland have now pulled the plug on K9 Search & Recovery Scotland and do not want to use them now but it was fine when it suited police Scotland to use them when they were needed. They are the best K9 unit in Scotland sadly to say they have to work within the law now on a civilian basis and can not go on private land. Thank you so much for your help today.
