We want to thank one of our AWESOME customers @ The Edge who sent us this AWESOME message that put a smile on our faces :) Following inquiry has been received from Farleys Website. Name : Ashley Clayton Company : The Edge To whom it may concern, I would like to thank the staff at your University location for their amazing customer service. The staff in my office loves Farley’s and we tend to place an order at least once a week to be delivered to our Clubhouse at The Edge. Normally there are multiple orders with various forms of payment and the woman that always takes our call is beyond patient and understanding as we explain our orders. We order pretty much the exact same set of orders so often that the woman that takes our order now knows us when we call and can practically complete the order on her own. I have always appreciated the amazing customer service we have received at Farley’s and today’s experience just solidified that fact. Our usual order changed slightly today and when we called we spoke to a man working instead of the woman that normally helps us. After the order was placed, the woman that usually assists us called me back to confirm that the correct order had been placed since a few of the items were different than usual. That level of customer service is incredible and I wanted to bring it to the manager’s attention. Working in customer service myself, I am aware that unfortunately customer service reviews are only given when the service is poor. Therefore I wanted to make sure to take the time today to thank your employees for their remarkable customer service.
