We wanted to inform you of a great fundraising opportunity that will support the #UniversityOfMichigan and #Polish studies through the Copernicus Endowment! #GivingBlueday Starting at midnight, until 11:59 pm EST Tuesday December 2, the university will invite supporters worldwide through emails and social media to be a victor for Michigan and make an online donation. We encourage alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents and other devotees to show their #Michigan pride with a gift to the university. For this inaugural Giving Blueday, University Development has set some ambitious goals. In this 24-hour period, the university hopes to: ● Raise $1 million dollars ● Engage 1,000 donors to make a donation to U-M ● Inspire many of the donors that day to make their very first donation to U-M ● Excite recent grads and current students about all that philanthropy makes possible at U-M. Giving Blueday will be a day for everyone who loves Michigan to join together to support students and programs, transform lives, shape the world, and make great things happen.
