We watched a video of a teacher teaching a class full of students - TopicsExpress

We watched a video of a teacher teaching a class full of students and while watching we took notes and finally used the Charlotte-Danielson rubric to determine the "grade"/evaluation the teacher should receive from that observation. One person said she was ineffective, another said developing, and finally the last said Effective. Now if three separate people come up with this many different evaluations how can this be an effective tool in determining who is and is not a good teacher when the observers cant even agree on the same exact lesson they are saw together?
