We went into your Best Buy location today to purchase a new flat - TopicsExpress

We went into your Best Buy location today to purchase a new flat screen TV, and wall mount system cables and a receiver. Prepared for our enjoyable experience and $1000.00 ready to spend. After 30 minutes of no help from anyone in a blue shirt we finally asked a service member on her way to the exit for some help. She explained that she was off the clock and on the way home but would help us. Sara was the only bright spot of the rest of the experience at Best Buy. After spending some time with us helping to decide which TV, a 46Samsung, we were then left to be helped by another service person who was reluctant to help but began to help anyway. He did not know what to do and had to ask another for help and the other person, not in a blue shirt but seemed to be the head rude knowitall would only help with reluctance and bad attitude. After about an hour of working the sale in with installation he walked up to us and said he was passing the sale off to another person hes a really tall dude. We saw the really tall dude avoid us and everyone else in the store laughing and joking with his co workers and doing everything but help anyone. We were talking to a friend in the store at this point who was also waiting for help in the camera section . He was ready to upgrade his professional grade camera equipment with new Best Buy camera equipment. The end of this experience netted Best Buy with over 2000.00 dollars in potential sales lost. We all walked out. The other customers walked out. What a crappy way to ruin a potentially very happy Sunday afternoon. Michael Hall Daniel Osorio
