We went to Bay City with friends yesterday to celebrated Chong Chas 69th birthday. We saw the movie the Son of God. While the movie was good, it didnt measure up to movie Passion of Christ by Mel Gibson. When we saw the Passion of Christ several years ago, emotions were so high that men, women and children left the theater in tears. After dinner we went to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. And after dinner went shopping for groceries at Meijers. Picked up a good supply of fruit and vegetables for my next batch of juice. I finished the 30-Day Juicing Challenge this morning and feel great. Blood pressure this morning 125/71, pulse rate of 57, blood glucose 111, and weight 204 pounds. I didnt lose as much weight as I had hoped while on the 30-Day Juicing Challenge but did lose 4-pounds. I am planning to continue juicing because of the improvement I have seen in all areas. The juice I am preparing for the next two days is composed of apples, oranges, lemons, limes, kiwi fruit, pineapple, ginger, cinnamon, and honey. Sounds real good. Shot of Rum and some crushed ice.
