We went to dinner with friends last night at the new Italian restaurant that recently opened in Clements. Nothing frozen or pre packaged here, every thing we were served was hand prepared fresh with the best ingredients. Our waiter was Italian and explained the dishes with that Italian flare and love for great food that it made us want to try everything!! The deserts are made fresh throughout the day and some are prepared only when ordered and were wonderful. They have a wood burning brick oven where you can watch your own handmade Italian style pizza baked to order! coffee was premo, The atmosphere has been totally changed from Western to Italian. It is nice, not over done. But I suspect murals and fountains will be added in time. We plan to dine there often!
