We were at the hospital today. I decided to wait for the leading - TopicsExpress

We were at the hospital today. I decided to wait for the leading of the Holy Spirit instead of just praying for everyone I meet. As I was pacing back and forth in one of the wards, I felt led to pray for this boy who looked limp and lifeless. His eyes were half open but glassy and absent, like empty shells that once had life. So I decided to go ahead and introduce myself to them. The boys mom, Nang Melody, was very accommodating but weary. In about two months her five-year-old son, Benj, had gone through four sugeries. Benj had hydrocephalus, and a whole gang of maladies plaguing him. So I prayed after I shared the love of Jesus to his mom who was losing hope. Extreme poverty and sickness have punished her family. Jesus is the only answer. I laid my hands on Benj and commanded life and health upon him. I told him, look at my eyes. He slowly lifted and gathered all the strength he could muster to look at me. Suddenly, this half-open, listless eyes who had no life in them started to open and he gave me the biggest smile. Ive seen it many times but still it was moving. He leaned towards me from his bed and said, Nakita ta na ka (I already saw you), and he said it with so much joy it brought tears to his mothers eyes. His mom said, how can that be, you dont know him and he doesnt know you and he has never visited you yet. The boy insisted, and his mom said, where did you see him? He answered, Nakita ko na siya, didto sa babaw (I already saw him up there), as he pointed towards ceiling. Nakita ko siya sa babaw sang Lunes.(I already saw him up there, last Monday) I visited him on a Thursday. However you want to explain that or if you want to be skeptical, I will tell you the feeling from that boy like he saw someone he already knew was so powerful. Tonight I went to the hospital to minister, I came home more excited than when I came because I was the one ministered to.
