We were called last night for two kitties who were both stuck at the tippy-tops of trees in the cold & rain. First, we headed to rural Auburn for a kitty noticed by some caring people; he was at the very top of a 115ft cedar tree...just getting soaked by the rain. Thankfully, he knew I was there to help and we quickly headed down. He didnt have a microchip or ID, but the folks that called were feeding him and will check with neighbors today. Next, we drove out to West Seattle for Timmy. He was just a young, sweet kitty that found his way to the very top of a hemlock tree; he was also getting soaked by the rain and was shivering heavily. I warmed him up in my coat for a bit before heading down. His family was really happy to have him back and had a warm towel waiting.
