We were checking out tchotchkes at a feria in a simple, small town en route to Mukul Resort. Our guide, Elvis, in rapid fire Spanish, started up a conversation with an elderly gentleman who was simply strumming aimlessly on a guitar. With a perplexed look and smile, the man handed Elvis the guitar and I was treated to a impromptu concert in the street.
