We were first introduced to Aggie when she came to see us for right thoracic limb weakness and incoordination of 1 week duration (her family first noted that Aggie was limping on her right front limb, which shortly progressed to her dragging the limb entirely). An MRI was performed & revealed an intervertebral disc herniation at C4-5 with severe compression of the cervical spinal cord. Aggie’s family elected to have a ventral slot surgery performed. We recently saw Aggie again for her 2 week recheck exam. Her family reports that she has improved greatly, & that her energy level has returned to normal. We are most pleased with her progress & look forward to future updates!
