We were in Morgan Hill today, so checked out a restaurant reviewed by the Mercury called The Good Fork Bistro. I had their mussels and french fries and aioli to dip. The sauce was incredible, cream, pernod, Kalamatas, cherry tomatoes, about a dozen mussels. The sauce was so good I at all of it with my spoon, then wiped the bowl with a piece of bread! Warren had their chicken club - huge amount of chicken, bacon, half an avocado, plus an interesting potato salad that had blanched green beans. Started off with olive oil, balsamic, and bread on the table. Had their house Chardonnay - not bad. Warren had an Anchor Steam lager on draft. $6 for each drink. My only complaint - two lunches, two drinks and tip was $45. Everything was really good, but $45 seems high for lunch for two. Might go back if I hit the lottery! haha!
