We were lucky to have some of our national senior leadership team here in Adelaide last week, including the executive director of Telstra Country Wide, Andrew Coull, and our regional director for SA, WA & the NT, Geoff Walker. Though they had plenty of duties while they were here, what they really wanted to do was get down to Gumeracha & Kersbrook & check out how our staff & the community were coping with the aftermath of the bushfires. Not only did they visit our CTs hard at work restoring lines in the field at Kersbrook, they also delivered new phones to the recovery centre at Gumeracha, and donated two boxes full of phones & tablets to the Kersbrook CFS Station both for their use and to be placed in their upcoming raffle to raise funds for more equipment thanks to some quick work on the ground by one of our SA general managers, Mark Bolton! #CFSHeroes #showyoucare
