We were overwhelmed with the generous Silent Auction donations that came in for the BBQ Fundraiser! Items completely covered our booth tables! People that came by our booth were so smitten with the pets we had displayed, that the silent auction got overlooked by many! Many of the items did not receive a minimum bid. We are going to offer these items simultaneously via facebook auction on the Moore County Friends of Animals page, the Moore County Friends of Animals Adopt A Pet page, and the Lynchburg Vet Hospital FB page. ALL proceeds go to MC Friends of Animals. Highest bidder at auction end, from all three FB sites will be the winner. We will announce the winner on all three sites. All items can be picked up at Lynchburg Vet Hospital after each auction ends. We can not mail items. Payment can be made by cash or check to MCFoA. Many, many thanks to the merchants and individuals that donated items. We will publish a full list of donors soon! First up for auction is this sweet Ninas gift basket. A gorgeous green tin plant pot, with a large jar of Ninas Mango Lime Salsa, a package of Vegetable Garden Dip Mix and a Lynchburg Collectors Ornament. Donated by Ninas on the square. This would make a super hostess gift (with a bag of MCFoA Coffee maybe?) for Thanksgiving! Who wants to start the bidding? This auction will end Saturday November 1, 2014 at noon.
