We were very honoured to be part of the Sovereign FM - Local Radio for Eastbourne Annual Awards event last Friday evening at the Grand Hotel in Eastbourne. Were were very pleased and humbled to award Sean Eaton Young Person of the Year following his efforts to help others. 11 year old Sean suffers from autism and sometimes finds some social situations and skills quite a challenge. His mum was therefore somewhat surprised, and understandably proud, when following the Diplocks fire back in October, where many families lost their homes and possessions, Sean took it upon himself to organise, and take part in, a 10 mile sponsored walk to help raise money for the families affected by the fire.
