Thought the flavours in the signature (dry, $5) is a close version of the Indonesian instant #migoreng. The slightly cooked yolk, when mixed, brings the fried onions, fried pork lard, fried ikan bilis (anchovies) and nutty dry and crisp chilli together. Wish the noodles were thinner and had more elasticity. The additional soup ($4) we ordered came with giant fishballs that is extremely light in texture, like tofu. How curious.
