We will be closing at the Bistro early January 13th at 2pm. Good news is that we will be opening again at HooDoo Brewing Company from 3pm-8pm or until we sell out of our special menu items made with local, fresh beer!! Midstate Meats are making us special brats for beer braising and a house made HooDoo mustard will be featured and other fresh toppings. We will also have a HooDoo stout chili (with fresh fixings). Brazens figured that one of our favorites must also be included, Kolsch braised chicken bowl over local mashed potatoes and a herb cream sauce. Were very excited to be able to participate in Beer Week with our friends at HooDoo!
