We will be doing hill repeats at sentry hill this Wednesday as a wee change from intervals. It will involve 15 minutes of hill repeats at your own pace. This is suitable for all. Hill sessions are a great way of improving your strength and speed. We will leave the seven towers leisure centre at the usual time 6.30pm or meet at the entrance to sentry hill at the circular road/old Ballymoney road end at 6.40pm. Hope to see you all there
