We will be going back to Eglestons Children Hospital tomorrow so Jasper can receive more treatment. We are having to give Jasper Chemotherapy at home now.. along with his treatments in Atlanta every week.. I cant tell you how many times we have sit, with Jasper in our arms, holding him while he throws up in a horrific manner. It is the hardest thing in the world to sit and watch my baby throwing up, loosing his breath (struggling trying to get it back) looking in my eyes with nothing but fear. He is having a hard time consuming the medicines. He is loosing weight which is something we do not want. He gets these spurts of energy yet he tires quickly. I havent been updating too much over the last 2 weeks because I wanted to try and have some good quality time with Jasper without re-living everything every night. Today I realized how important it was to up-date for all of you being that you are the ones who have been supporting us with prayers, etc.. I want to apologize for not up-dating as much these last 2 weeks. Jaspers counts are very low. I have been trying very hard to pump him full of proteins, probiotics,, etc.. The traveling, providing, and bills have been a true task. Although we have come this far, the stress is beginning to set in. I hope to get my surgery done in the next 2 weeks. I had to cancel my insurance and the Surgeon refuses to perform surgery until I am able to put forth a large amount. I am needing this surgery asap. I need to be in tip-top shape for Jasper. I firmly believe I will have this surgery within the next 2 weeks. I know God and I know he will come through as always. There will be some up-coming giveforward challenges for all. I have stated before, My pride is put away. I have always provided for my family and I do not doubt my capabilities today. I made a promise to God to stand next to my son, sacrificing everything. Weve been blessed with donations from some of you and believe me when I tell you, anything as small as 1.00 makes a difference.
