This will be upstairs as well as in the Underground. The price is $60.00 per person which includes a 4 course dinner and a 3 oz glass of Bourbon Barrel Quad with each course. The menu will start with House Made Rabbit Sausage with goat cheese and roasted red peppers; your salad will be Swiss Chard with warm bacon bourbon dressing; Dinner Quarter Braised Beef with candied root vegetables and desert Chocolate pate with pistachio cream. The menu will start with Mussels with Reboot White IPA, leeks and cream; House Cured Prosciutto with spicy rocket; Hot Smoked Salmon with malted chipotle glaze with sautéed spinach and julienne potatoes, and desert White Chocolate Crème Brulee.
