We will be staying in Angola specifically in Luanda the city of many different rhythms Angola is a country where everyone breath rhythms... So lets stay here for now and introduce to you Rebita. The capital and largest city of Angola — Luanda — is home to a diverse group of styles including zouk, Angolan Merengue, kilapanda, Semba, a genre with roots intertwined with that of Brazilian Samba music, Kizomba and Kuduro. Just off the coast of Luanda is Ilha do Cabo, home to an accordion and harmonica-based style of music called Rebita. I always knew that Rebita influenced Semba but I learn Yesterday from Lúcia Nogueira , how Important is actually to learn Rebita before we start dancing Semba, she did not just explain it she also show me how it works...No Doubt that knowledge is Power.
