We will have been open 5 years this January .... I have not come across a workout family member that I have not liked to date !! Great place to work and train, with great people to talk to every day !! This is a special place to be and its because you make it that way !! Updates for you: > New spin bikes due to arrive next week which will double the space of the spin classes > Work has begun on the new unit and we are hopeful to have it operational by the end of Jan beginning of Feb - which will then mean we can double the spaces of all other classes (Assuming all goes well with building works) > Paintwork throughout the building will be taking place over the Christmas period > Equipment maintenance will take place over the Christmas period, particularly the x-trainers which will be have replacement parts due to rust from the hardcore sweaters. > We are still offering free fitness programmes with your membership ... contact [email protected] to book in or call rec on 01179633070 > CrossFit facility - Hopefully will have this operational the same time as the studio but it will not be fully equipment... however training can begin. >Our O2E fitness programme starts end of Jan - check out the website and get signed up ... it will be awesome for your training in 2015 ... ordinarytoextraordinary.co.uk > Our fitness event Superhuman Games 2015 will take place June 6th & 7th ... sign up early as we sold out this yr !
