We will have vendors on hand for you to talk with. A life coach, Garden of Life, Healthy Thymes and a few more. We will start with a group opening next Lauren will lead us with 15 minutes of Sun Salutations and Dave will give us 15 minutes of A Taste of Kundalini Yoga. Lauren will teach some inversions while Karen teaches a gentle style yoga flow. Jim will teach Tai Chi while Dave teaches Vinyasa Yoga.
