We will later understand why the sea gave up its dead in - TopicsExpress

We will later understand why the sea gave up its dead in Revelations as related back to the Hebrew text and text before the Bible. The sea is a specific reference to a specific small g God in the Bible and why Jesus commanded his disciples to NOT call down fire from heaven in contrast to the previous prophet from old. Also why that same prophet was able to shut up the rain from falling down from the sky for a period of time. We all of course are students of the Bible and it is easy to understand the whys of Jesus and what he brought to mankind through the Old Testament understanding of the relationship of El and El (added text) and Baaal and even what God was trying to do in giving the promised land back to the rightful owners - being of course the original Semetic people. We also see why the beast is referenced in Job and its correlation back to Revelations. These are not difficult things if we would quit reading into the Bible what we want and instead read back out of history and the Bible what is clearly there. I asked a few theologians why the sea gave up the dead and every single one of them just said it was just a word. Well it is a word- but it is a type and symbol as well. It is a type and symbol of why the dead are in the sea as such. It relates all the way back to our understanding from the oldest book in the Bible - Job to one of - but not the latest book - Revelations. Be well and walk in the Lords path.....
