We will shortly be accepting applications for Volunteer Kennel Assistant positions for the DSPCA Veterinary Hospital. Kennel Assistant shifts are Monday - Friday 9-3 and 3-8, and Saturday shifts are 9-5. Assistants are required to do a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week plus one Saturday per month and must be available to commit to a 3-6 month period. Please note this is not a course/college work placement. Candidates must be over 18 and should have a background in animal care and/or intending on pursing a career in this area.
