We will stand with Ferguson. No I am not a specialist in this its just basic common sense, You dont need a degree or work in such field to be smart. If I am missing something then elaborate on it and make sure you explain it as simple as possible in order for everyone to understand it. Phase 1: Ferguson is now burned from the bottom up. Phase 2: Boycott every day not only black friday ( research the Montgomery bus boycott) Phase 3: BUILD A BLACK WALL STREET BECAUSE OUR PPL WILL NEED IT. Phase 4: ............ Now that we are all on the same page about boycotting because economic control is what the black community needs as a whole to thrive, lets also focus on rebuilding Ferguson. Ferguson can be the beginning of a Black Wallstreet just like Tulsa, Oklahoma and Durham, North Carolina because we were thriving when we were SEGREGATED. Almost every business in Ferguson was not black owned, therefore, those of us who want to start a business, hire our people and provide a SUPPLY and DEMAND business can start it there. But first, WE NEED TO BECOME EDUCATE ABOUT ECONOMICS AND FINANCING because without that our business will fail and that is one of the main reasons BOB(black owned business) fail. Two, we must come up with every product line that its a necessity for our ppl ex. gasoline station because ppl always need gas or an autopart because people always need parts and so on. Three, once we fulfill the first two steps now we can establish the business and FOCUS HEAVILY ON MARKETING and we must go beyond internet because flyers, commercials, word of mouth still works. Four, HIRE YOUR OWN PEOPLE and teach them the professionalism that you want them to present at your establishment because at times we get too familiar with each other like we been friends for decades ( no, treat a customer like a customer and make sure they know you appreciate their business). And five, GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY because they are the ones who are giving to you by walking into your establishment everyday. Everyone who is non black and owns a business in our community follow ALMOST all 4 guidelines Ive provided you with EXCEPT FOR 4 & 5 BECAUSE THOSE BLOOD SUCKERS ARE RUDE AND NEVER GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY. These are just some of the fundamental strategies we should be thinking about because no one wont build it for us.
