We woke up to 23 degree weather this morning in Lordsburg, NM. No sign of snow, fortunately. There were large puddles of water along the freeway and we are quite sure we could see that they were iced over. The further West we traveled, the higher the temperature rose. We are now home and are grateful for the mid-60s. I am still wearing a sweater but dont mind. It is so good to be home. I cant wait to sleep in my own bed tonight. Had a wonderful Christmas and vacation with Andrea and Mike and enjoyed the visit with Bill and Jen and Katie. The Caribbean cruise was wonderfully warm but an education in itself. I will never complain again that I need something as I remember the poverty we saw in Honduras. I am so grateful for what I have. As I was out of touch, I am belatedly extending my Merry Christmas wishes to all of you and hope you have a happy, healthy and wonderful New Year.
