We worked a lot on the front rack position during #crossfit to include this stretch for the lats. Hook a strap to a pull up bar, hold with one hand, step back with the same side foot into a lunge position, and try to make a straight line from the foot to the hand. Feel the stretch down the lats and if you turn a bit you can feel it down the whole side of the body toward the waist. The WOD: 400m run 21 Front squats 21 Push Press 400m run 15 FS 15 PP 400m run 9 FS 9 PP I used 55 for the Front squat and 45 for the push press. 13:09
