We would like to make a quick announcement - just for future reference, please keep political blaming and arguments to a minimum. While we all have very strong views on who is right and who is wrong and whose fault this is, we have to work together. We have to put our political affiliations aside and unite to bring those boys back. If we start arguing whose fault it is, which government is responsible etc were going to lose the battle. We have to focus on the main issue - two kids, whove been living in Australian community for almost two years, who were fully integrated, were taken by our government for no apparent reason and are now facing deportation to the country which they fled. As a result of this, others are missing. Those living in community detention are petrified and are too scared to even think of what the future may hold. These are actual human beings. These are actual children, with hopes and dreams who deserve a childhood. This is bigger than all of our political viewpoints, this is so much more important than political point scoring and blaming. So no matter what political party you vote for, lets put that aside for a second and work together to bring those kids home to safety.
