We would like to remind all residents that rent is due on the first of every month regardless of weekends or holiday’s. The late fee is assessed on the morning of the fourth, after which monies owed must be in the form of a money order and include the late fee. Please note that if you have not received your reminder remittance, you can call the Leasing Office and we would be more than happy to assist you with the correct amount owed.
