Broad Oak MINI Ashford have supported me for the last 5 years as a driving instructor with all the problems you would associate with the demands on a training vehicle and its captain? I bought my MINI Cooper D in 2010 and managed to accumulate 75000 miles in four years! The brilliantly priced TLC and Warranty packs I purchased covered the few minor and very few major problems that I encountered throughout its business life. Emma and Brad in the service department always went the extra mile to accommodate me (often at short notice) if I had a problem. When the time came to change cars the obvious choice was another MINI, The main benefits are... 1) SAFETY Ive been side-swiped twice and the other larger cars that hit ME came-off worse. Darren in the body-shop at Canterbury and his team fixed my car so that you wouldnt realise! (non fault crashes). 2) RELIABILITY It has NEVER stopped working/broken down/not started or missed a heartbeat in all its years of tuition. 3) ECONOMY Averaging 45mpg on lessons with 30% manoeuvring, peaking at 70mpg on a run. 4) FUN The MINI always brings a smile to every-ones face, I cant count the times Ive heard pedestrians on the path or 3-5 year old children in my interior mirror mouth the words ooh it’s a MINI and my pupils all feel the same. and the drawbacks are........? There ARE no drawbacks, its a MINI and it puts a smile on your face every-time you drive or look at it. My next MINI is now ready for collection and I couldnt be happier. Ben in sales found the perfect, fully warranted replacement vehicle and Stella in finance set-up a fantastic financial package that compares with the best deals on the internet with all the benefits of dealing with a thoughtful dealership. I couldnt be happier Reading back over what Ive written it sounds like a BMW/MINI advert but I can assure everyone that Im not being paid for these words, Im just giving credit where credit is due, the cars are great but the dealership are amazing.
