We would like to share this great compliment from a patient! We are always happy to help when you are in need. My little girl Elena was diagnosed with RSV and needed a nebulizer. My pediatrician called one in to Walgreens. I got off work that afternoon, and went to Walgreens to pick up the nebulizer and medicine. I was informed (none too politely or sympathetically) that Walgreens doesnt run those through insurance. I nearly cried. The lady behind me in line tapped me on the shoulder and announced that Rays does that. I called Rays in Ball - in tears and in a panic. The lovely lady in the pharmacy (whose name escapes me) said that if I came by now with Elenas insurance cards, Rays would give me the nebulizer with the understanding that Id bring a written prescription with a diagnosis code. Because Rays was kind enough to trust me, my little girl got the breathing treatments she desperately needed. Thank you doesnt begin to cover it. As I told the pharmacy tech the following morning when I brought the prescription for the nebulizer and her other medicines she needed, I would pay them the ultimate compliment of bringing them more business and highly recommending them to friends in the area. Thank you again - you made a very sick little girl feel much better!
