We would like to welcome Bryan C. aka bryface! He hails from Vancouver, Canada, and comes from a background of writing Impulse Tracker tunes for dial-up BBS art groups in his adolescence. Bryan now turns his attention to the Game Boy in his latest full-length album — titled Various Topics — and hopes to offer a refreshing new perspective on writing music for the already popular platform. Various Topics’ uniquely illustrative approach to chipmusic comprises songs that feature a lush, organic sound and an unprecedented vitality. Various Topics will be released on September 19th. Traditionally, TrueStar will be hosting a pre-release Noise Channel party for the album. The listeners will get to listen to the album before it will be available to download.
