We would love some new people of ANY level of fitness to join our CrossFit community. Think you need to be fit before you start CrossFit?? UNTRUE....every workout can be scaled to suit YOU...fitness level and capabilities. This means if you have never excercised before, are great at sport or already fit then CrossFit if for you. CrossFit will challenge you in some way whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are looking for extra training to compliment your sport. Starting June Tuesday June 3rd till Saturday June 7th we are having Bring a Buddy/Try CrossFit out week....no charge no binding contracts (there never is binding contracts)..e in 1 session or more any day any session, and try it out :)
