Weapon Concept: Boarding Torpedoes Torpedoes with no explosive armament that can only be used when a ships shields are down. Loaded with soldiers or pirates, these would breach the enemy hull and allow operatives to harass the crew and disable enemy systems, or even take control of them for short periods of time. Countermeasures would involve things like internal drones, security teams and suchlike.
