We’ve all been lapping up the summer heat and believe me you’re not the only one dreading the thought of unlocking your winter wardrobe. The best part about the chilling day’s ahead ‘layering’ and this is not only practical but you will get a big tick from us. Don’t be afraid to go all out mixing different textures with your pants, skirts and tops. A sheer dress with a knitted scarf over leather pants allows you to layer without looking bulky. Its only instinct to opt for darker shade’s when it gets cold but you won’t be breaking any rules if your feel slightly lighter on your feet this winter, think winter white and you’re on to a winner. Choosing weather appropriate pieces like chunky knits, jeans and jackets, everyone loves a hat in winter so why not throw a crisp white beanie in to the mix for good measure! A trend that never dies, the peplum is still going strong! This probably puts a big smile on most of our faces as the power of the peplum is not one to be overlooked. This figure flattering piece looks great with a wide leg trouser; any emphasis on the smallest part of our body gets a giant YES! Keep to subtle autumn tones and when wearing in coarser fabric opt for a slim belt to assure that waist line is nipped in. Now ladies this one above all is a must, a real chance to showcase your self from the inside out with your eye-catching outer wear! I’m thinking cool leathers, bold furs and oversized parka’s. Making a statement with your winter coat is great just make sure you consider the rest of your outfit, keep everything else super simple and let your coat take all the lime light.
