Weary: Okay, so for years Ive tried to pull together a small community of people who want the opportunity to both rent and to collaboratively garden together, have a bee hive, (had hoped for chickens too) and do permaculture/composting/vermiculture etc. But as usual I get people who generally are attracted to a cute apartment and will say whatever it takes to get in the door....OR I get nasty mail from people who insist Im violating their Fair Housing rights and discriminating against them, by offering the apartments only to people who want to participate fully in the garden and work on sustainability together.... Wow. And I get flagged repeatedly for this.
