Weather Outlook - Friday 6th March 2014 Part sun / cloud morning. Cloud developing during afternoon and a 50% chance of a thunderstorm. NE winds and a muggy feeling 25-26C. Models currently indicate CAPE (energy) values approaching 2000 just west of the Illawarra tomorrow, however chasing CAPE bulleyes is a bit of a noob trap. Dont get me wrong it is great for getting you into the general area. That area will be anywhere along the eastern half of the southern tablelands. The other metrics look weaker, of particular concern is the lack of a focal point - no front, no convergence, no strong low/trough, just a broader weak trough. Still giving it a 50% chance, and if something can get going it may be decent.
