Weather Report from Eskeys Ridge... The temperature inside the house this morning is 70 degrees and thats without the Monitor or a fire in the wood stove. I rushed outside to see what and all was going on and, yep, there stood that gal with fire-red hair and she was fit to be tied... I keep getting called back from way down yonder back to this part of the world and Im about tired of it! Whats the matter with that Old Man anyways? I rocked back on my heels and eyeballed her pretty close. You mean youre not trying to steal that Old Mans thunder and weathering around these parts? She arched an eyebrow so high it disappeared beneath all that red hair. Oh-Ho, is that Old Man up to making thunder nowadays? I shouldve known he had something up his sleeve. I swan, Im going to... I touched her arm, No honey, stealing somebodys thunder is just a way of saying... She twirled away from me and stood with her hands balled up at her side. Now I can hear her out there just fussing away about how the Old Man has to be taught a thing or two... sigh. Who knows what this crowd might be up to over the next few days.
