Weather Update... Goodbye, Summer. We enjoyed your company, your lack of extreme heat and humidity, and your many sunny days. Autumn begins tonight, and it brings a cooldown with its arrival. Expect clear skies tonight, with overnight lows in the low to mid 40s. Winds will gradually diminish through the evening. Tomorrow looks like a great first day of Fall, with a cool morning, a mild afternoon (high 69) and a gentle west wind. The only fly in the ointment for this first week of Fall is a storm expected to move up the Eastern Seaboard Wednesday night into Thursday. That storm could bring rain to our region, but theres still a lot of uncertainty.
