Weather Update... The Arctic Express returns tonight, with lows from 5 to 10 above, and wind chills from 5 to 10 below. Saturday will stay cold, but winds will diminish during the morning. Expect highs in the lower 20s with mostly sunny skies. Clouds increase Saturday night, with evening lows near 20 and temps rising into the 30s by daybreak Sunday. Showers move into the region by Sunday afternoon, with periods of rain into Sunday night. Highs will be in the mid 40s on Sunday, with temperatures falling to the mid 30s Sunday night, as a little bit of snow could mix with the rain before the precipitation comes to an end early Monday morning.
