Web Desk ISLAMABAD: Politicians and analyst on Thursday expressed mixed views on the committee that is formed by the government to hold peace talks with Taliban. In SAMAA TVs current affair program Nadeem Malik Live, senior analyst Talat Hussain said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif changes his policies according to the demands of Imran Khan and his advisors. Commenting over the committee constituted by the PM for talks with Taliban, Hussain said that the members of the committee are non-serious and without authority. The committee cannot produce the desired results, he added. He further said that the All Party Conference (APC) gave mendate to the PM for talks but he handed over the job to a committee. Answering a question regarding Dr. Imran Farooq murder case he said, The issue of the murder case has got a new turn and it seems that the things are being used for political gains. Sindhs Senior Minister Nisar Khuhro said that the committee couldnot be fruitful. In the past, there had been no results of the talks with Taliban. Nawaz Sharifs government changes policies but it has failed to establish peace in teh country, he added. Khoro excused and did not talk much over the Dr. Imran Farooq murder case, adding he cannot comment over other parties. Lets wait and time will say everything. We must not say any thing before time, Khoro said. Information Minister of the KPK Shah Farman said that the comittee formed for talks with Taliban is appropriate and neutral and it can produce better results as far as elimination of terrorism is concerned. Peace talks are held every where across the world, even America has been holding talks with Taliban, so there is no harm in going for another attempt for dialogue, he added. Commenting over Dr. Imran Farooq murder case, he said it would be good for Pakistan if investigations in the case are done transparently. SAMAA
