Web-casting! What are yalls thoughts? We have two events coming up in Colorado and wed love to webcast them....... one is The American Qualifier in September..... we have been asked a couple of favors or suggested that we do the following (would you be in favor of either option?): 1. Add $1-$5 per entry to cover the costs associated with the web-casting (depending on the company we go with). Some want to charge, others dont. 2. Those that dont would like exclusive videoing rights....in other words those attending the event would not be permitted to video on their own equipment (cameras, cell phones, ipads, etc). Ive only had ONE event webcast previously and Im just not that familiar or understand the demand for it...... PLEASE COMMENT BELOW FOR ME!
