Webster’s dictionary says “diminishing returns” are any rate of profit, productions, benefits, etc. that beyond a certain point fails to increase proportionately with added effort or skill.[2] The fact, often stated as a law or principle, that when any factor of production, as labor, is increased while other factors, as capital and land, are held constant, the output per union of the variable factor will eventually diminish. From the way my Oregon voters’ pamphlet appears, more and more people are abandoning the two-party system. While the Democrat party keeps allowing illegals into the country who will vote Democrat, the old-guard Republicans spend millions to defeat conservative Republicans causing the party to lose ground. I notice those running for the Oregon legislature are adding to their Voters’ pamphlet information more than one party affiliation: Republican and Libertarian, Independent, Democrat and Working Families. One even says Republican, Democrat and Independent. We also have a candidate who proudly lists the “Pacific Green” party only. We also have the “Progressive Party” which is nothing different from the Communist Controlled Democrat party. One candidate running for governor proudly lists “Constitution Party.” He lists his occupation as a Circuit Rider, Minister of the Gospel......
