Wedding Reception at the Lago Mar Hotel / Ft. Lauderdale Lago Mar Resort in Fort Lauderdale was the setting for the March 8th Wedding Reception of Lieutenant and Mrs Robert Wilson. After a formal introduction to the background music of Pharell William’s, Happy, the Bride and Groom had their First Dance to A Thousand Years. Then Adelia, Robert and guests were served dinner while I played standard “Lounge” music consisting of classics by Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble’ Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzegerald and some Big Band Classics. Intermittently, guests danced during dinner and then we conducted a Father/ Daughter dance to Phil Collin’s You’ll be In My Heart and a Mother/ Son Dance to A Mother’s Prayer. There was a Bouquet/ Garter ceremony to Fever by Michael Buble” followed by many guests dancing to classics. The Bride and Groom were then sent off to their Honeymoon with the playing of A Whole New World as everyone applauded and embraced! DJ/MC John Terry
