Wednesday, April 2nd 2014, I will retire from the Pawhuska Fire Department after 20 years and 1 day..........I started on April 1st, 1994.....I have really enjoyed serving the folks here in the City and surrounding area.......I have been in a few sticky situations that most folks will never experience and I have seen things most folks never want to see....I did it because they needed help and I was able to help them........Most everytime we went on a call someone was losing something or someone..........My life is different because of some of these things....Continue to support our local fire dept/EMS......It is not always easy physically or mentally and they really do care about helping and serving our citizens......Thanks for the time and the opportunity!!!!!!
