MEETINGS There will be a SADD meeting fifth hour today after attendance has been taken. Please report to room 202. Members of the stratosphere Club or students interested in being part of the club, we will be meeting Monday, March 24th during 6th hour in Mr. Bakers room. Please report to your 6th hour class for attendance and then report for the meeting. The plan is for a late April launch. DAY TO DAY INFO!! Attendance Make Ups: March 19 (12:20-2:20) & March 20 (3:25-4:25) in room 514 Attendance is posted outside the HS Office. Your name will be on the list if you have missed 5 or more days, or have 3 or more tardies. Please make sure that you look at the total number for absences and tardies, this number is highlighted. You will have 6 opportunities for attendance make ups; the next day will be today, from 12:20-2:20. Please check the postings throughout the hall or your school handbook for the explanation of absences and tardies, and when make-up dates are scheduled. You must bring work to do, and no computers are available to work on. If you are seen not working you will be asked to leave and no credit will be given. Reminder to all the students going to NY, your third and final deposit is due Monday. If you sold Tupperware and didn’t pick it up please pick it up in Mrs. Gokey’s room today. Today is a half day you will be dismissed at 12:15 with no lunch being served. The Tech bus will leave at 10:50 sharp; you will be going to Taco Bell. Pm tech center students will need a ride home when you return to Vassar around 3:00. NHS students an updated list of community service hours has been posted outside the high school office. Please check the list and if you have any questions see Mr. Wojno. Cast of Murder at Crooked House: we will be doing both Act I and Act II on Thursday Dual enrollment applications for next fall are available and must be turned in by Thursday, March 20. Juniors and seniors who are interested need to stop by the office and see Mr. Boros for details. The Bullard Sanford Memorial Library invites you to attend our 1st annual Fandom Convention, Saturday, March 29 from 2-6 p.m. Come dressed in costume from your favorite comic, novel, or TV show. Tickets are $20 and includes a gift bag with a T-shirt and other items. There will be food, vendors, photos, and TONS of prizes! Register at the library, or e-mail VassarFanCon@gmail.
