Wednesday, November 19, 6:00 – 8:00 pm Campfire - Spring Valley Nature Center (1111 E.Schaumburg Rd., Sch.). Fulfill your Outdoor Activity requirement for your Arrow of Light. Come and meet the Scouts of Troop 493 at our annual fall campfire and flag retirement ceremony. Kindly park in the main lot, bring a flashlight to get to the fire bowl/cabin; hot chocolate/snacks will be served. (Please dress appropriately for the weather). Saturday, December 13 Cabin Camping at Herrick Lake, DuPage County. Troop 493 is going indoors in December with a trip to Herrick Lake in Wheaton, Il. Join us for the day as we go on hikes, play games and get our Dutch Ovens ready for dinner. After dinner we relax with a movie and popcorn. Wednesday Evening, December 17 Bowling at Hoffman Lanes. Help us celebrate our last outing for 2014 by knocking down a few pins and having a lot of laughs bowling at the Hoffman Lanes. Questions about our Troop?
